Shipping & Returns
Idaho River Sports uses FedEx, UPS or USPS for standard shipping rates; please let us know if you have a preference in the Special Shipping Instructions section of your order at checkout. Standard delivery dates are non-guaranteed estimates.
Heavy items are anything over 30 pounds, and shipping rates will need to be assessed and agreed upon before purchase. We will do our best to get the best shipping rate possible on a case by case basis for the product you would like to purchase.
Idaho River Sports accepts returns and exchanges on any unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached if received by us within 30 days from the original shipping date. Any items returned that have been installed, used or damaged will not be accepted and will not be eligible for reimbursement or store credit.
Special order returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Buyer is solely responsible to pay for all return shipping charges. Shipping charges will only be refunded in full on items shipped in error by Idaho River Sports.
All refunds will only be applied to the original purchaser’s credit card once the returned item has been inspected by Idaho River Sports to ensure that it is unused, uninstalled and in original new condition along with the original retail packaging. Refund notification will then be made via email. Please note that there can be a time difference between when Idaho River Sports applies a refund to the credit card versus when your credit card company processes and posts the request.
All merchandise sold by Idaho River Sports carries the full and original manufacturer’s warranty. All warranty items must be inspected by Idaho River Sports and/or the item’s manufacturer to ensure that they are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
